I just finished reading this incredible book about being single and I must say I am incredibly empowered and inspired.
I've realized that there's often a negative stigma against being single.
It's sometimes perceived as THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU.
Coupledom on the other hand' is perceived as the highest achievement.
*No shade to being in a relationship!*
In reading this book and with my own personal relationship history I've realized that in rejecting being single, you're in some ways rejecting yourself.
Being single simply means being alone. Living as a single person gives you the wonderful opportunity of learning yourself and loving yourself.
Why is that a bad thing?
Why should I reject my own personal growth?
In any event I am feeling a new found personal power in being single.
Here's my latest Instagram post:
Be empowered by yourself and let that guide you to someone who with just as much empowerment as you!
